Lisa Hasko

Lisa Hasko is the Marketing and Development Manager at Migrate Collective where she uses her knowledge of nonprofit marketing, fundraising and project management to help the company become a leader in the eco-fashion industry. Prior to joining the Collective, Lisa worked at Mercy Corps and The Global Film Initiative – both internationally based nonprofits - where she directed the development of two community-based websites as well as oversaw their marketing programs and maintained partnerships with other like-minded organizations. Both websites (The Film Connection and Bluescreen) centered on using film to educate, inform and inspire young people to take positive action in their communities and the world. One of her most interesting accomplishments was planning the premier of the Global Lens film series which screened at the Museum of Modern art in New York. She earned a master of arts in International Development and Gender Studies at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, giving her a firm understanding of international trade, manufacturing and economies in developing regions. Lisa believes in using the arts and social media as a conduit for creating positive social change and building sustainable business practices.
